REI Systems will support multiple DOE programs on new eGrants Management software platform.
Herndon, VA — November 3, 2010 —REI Systems (REI) announced today that it is has been selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to design and implement a new eGrants processing platform.
The eGrants platform, known as the Proposal Analysis Management System (PAMS), initially will support DOE’s Office of Science, including the Grants Program Offices and the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs. The PAMS contract scope includes requirements development and validation, design, development, operations and maintenance, change management and training, and technical support.
Known for its deep domain expertise in federal grants management, especially at the Department of Health and Human Resources, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the U.S. Department of Justice, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security, REI’s eGrants software last year processed in excess of $20 Billion in grants for more than 80,000 applicants.
