As Vice President of Delivery Services, Pankaj Mittal will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout REI’s delivery including driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing effective quality control measures, and fostering a culture of excellence across all departments.

Pankaj Mittal has more than 25 years of experience spanning Consulting Services, Product Engineering, and Product Management business areas. Along with 16 years at Oracle Corporation, he’s worked at Tata Consultancy Services, and most recently at Mythics, Inc. He also founded his own services business serving a range of federal, state, and local clients. He has a unique combination of experiences and skill sets. While hinged in business, he brings deep technical knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Mittal managed several large service delivery business units, won, and served many large multi-year projects with clients such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Education, and the California Employment Development Department. He also led innovation that resulted in direct benefits in service delivery customers as well as in up-skilling the organization.

At Oracle, Mittal served as the key person to ideate, prototype, and manage the world’s first Portal product from scratch. Leading the buildout of the prototype and the product management organization for Middleware products.

In his free time, Pankaj enjoys table tennis, racquetball, squash, and badminton. He loves anything outdoors, including biking, hiking, and going for long walks.
