REI Systems Builds on its Software Development Experience at HHS with BPA Award for SharePoint Portal Development Services at the Health Resources and Services Administration.

Herndon, VA – June 21, 2010 – REI Systems (REI) announced today it was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to provide Microsoft SharePoint consulting, development and support services to HRSA’s Custom and Transitional Solutions Branch. The contract period of performance is one base year  with four (4) one-year options.

Under the BPA, REI and its two team members, Fairfax, VA-based ADG Tech Consulting and Reston, VA-based MetroStar Systems, will compete with nine other BPA awardees to provide a range of information technology consulting, software development, integration, maintenance support, and training services for Microsoft SharePoint portals and associated applications across all HRSA bureaus and offices.

The award provides REI the opportunity to support HRSA with additional software application development services. REI already provides end-to-end eGrants lifecycle management application development services to HRSA. With this award, REI strengthens one of its core competencies in Microsoft SharePoint portal consulting and development.

“HRSA has come to rely on us for expert software development services for more than six years, “ said REI Systems Vice President Subhash Kari. “We are very pleased to have the opportunity to continue providing excellent services to this client in a new portal domain.”
