David Gerber

As Vice President of Finance and Contracts at REI Systems, David Gerber leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and oversight to support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term business success. He focuses on strengthening financial performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring fiscal accountability while aligning financial operations with REI’s strategic priorities. Through his leadership, David helps position REI to make informed business decisions, navigate the complexities of government contracting, and continue delivering value to its customers.

David brings extensive experience in corporate finance, financial operations, and government contracting, having held senior leadership positions across the federal technology and professional services industries. Prior to joining REI, he served as Vice President of Operations Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Constellis, where he helped guide financial operations and business performance. He also held finance leadership roles at DXC Technology and Fors Marsh Group, as well as positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the U.S. Department of Justice. His diverse background provides a strong foundation in financial management, operational strategy, and the unique financial requirements of federal contractors.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in Management, Business Economics, and Public Policy, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
