The article discusses the impact of voice interactions on how humans and computers engage to perform jobs. They go on to explore how voice command can be used to provide benefits to the government, both within agency and to the public. This technology not only helps with accessing government websites and applications for customers but could also be used by government employees to speed their interaction with administrative systems.
