The New York City Comptroller’s Office selected REI Systems to develop the next version of Checkbook NYC due to the company’s strong track record of developing government transparency websites.
REI Systems (REI) announced today that it is part of the winning team on the recompete contract for the Small Business Administration Office of Investment and Innovation (SBA-OII) to provide technical assistance, programmatic support, outreach, training and IT development relating to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. REI is partnered with Dawnbreaker (prime) and Innovation Ecologies to support improved program monitoring and reporting of inputs, program management, and outcomes of SBA-OII.
In October 2010, Assistant Comptroller for Budget / Chief Policy Officer, Ari Hoffnung, shared with REI Systems, his vision to develop a report card that will measure the amount of business City agencies conduct with minority and women-owned businesses.
