What is REINA AI?
REINA™ AI, the REI Navigational Assistant, is our governed AI system built on Salesforce Agentforce. We designed it to support faster, better-informed work while keeping people responsible for decisions.

For example, a grants or case management team could use it to prepare a file for human review. The agency or organization defines the analysis and remains responsible for the resulting decision.
