Presented by the Arthur S. Flemming Awards Commission in partnership with George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration and the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), the awards have celebrated excellence in federal service for more than 75 years. This year’s ceremony will take place on November 8 in Washington, D.C., as part of NAPA’s Annual National Conference.
