On July 11th, REI Systems hosted 28 high schoolers from the Loudoun Youth Leadership Program (LYLP) to allow the students to experience the inner workings of a modern business. The day’s activities included a guided tour through the building, a team-building exercise, and a panel with REI Systems’ leadership team, including CEO Shyam Salona.
The Loudoun Youth Leadership Program is designed to introduce rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to leadership concepts and give them a chance to interact with local business, government and community leaders.
